Association of Residential Letting Agents

Association of Residential Letting Agents

Letwithease.com is an accredited Association of Residential Lettings Agents (ARLA) member, the professional and regulatory body for letting agents in the UK.

With its policy of developing and maintaining the highest possible standards within its membership, ARLA is seen as the industry benchmark for professionalism in the private rented sector that both landlords and tenants can have confidence in.

Membership of ARLA is achieved only by letting and management agents who can demonstrate that they have a thorough knowledge of their profession and conduct their business according to current best management practice.

ARLA members are required to have professional indemnity insurance cover in place, join a bonding scheme which provides financial protection for client monies, employ professionally qualified staff with at least the technical award in residential letting and management, allow their accounts to be scrutinised annually by auditors to ensure that they  conform to ARLA’s stringent accounting practices and agree to be governed by a strict code of practice providing a framework of ethical and professional standards at a level far higher than the law demands.

In a largely unregulated industry where standards vary significantly from agent to agent and where clients should choose who to trust with great care, Letwithease.com wears its ARLA accreditation with great pride.  We guarantee that you can trust and rely upon the service you receive from us and that it will be delivered to the highest of industry standards.
