West of England Landlord Expo 2010

We were delighted to exhibit at this years West of England Landlord Expo on Wednesday 28th April 2010 and to be the events main sponser. The event proved tremendously successful in it's new venue at the UWE conference centre in Bristol.

Letwithease.com at the UWE and UoB fresher's fayres

Letwithease.com wants to thank all those that came over to say hello at this years fresher's fayres at both the University of the West of England and Bristol University. Our staff had two really good days out and had an astonishing 4,500 students making contact and submitting contact details which will enable us to keep you updated to specific properties that meet your requirements at key times over the next few years.

 

Lucky winners from two fayres won a Nintendo Wii and £350.00 of IKEA tokens.

Letwithease.com has launched its new service for the property inventory market in Bristol. Going Round the Houses supplies property inventories, schedule of condition reports, 'check-ins', 'check-outs' and periodic inspections to landlords, agents, housing associations, local authorities & property professionals. The new advanced website features a client log in utility where clients can access their inventories and property specifications in real time along with user information and invoices. Letwithease.com announces significant IT systems investment

Letwithease.com today announced the investment of a £59K project to custom build and deploy a state of the art software system written specifically to meet the requirements of a letting specialist.

The system is being built exclusively for Letwithease.com by a specialist IT company and Letwithease customers will instantly reap benefit in the way of improved levels of service delivered by the highest level of customer relationship software used anywhere in any industry. Commercial Director Tom Boothroyd explains more about the new systems and their importance.

"The new system is going to be custom built with specific input from the Directors and staff. Unlike other industry specific software it will allow us to customise everything and seamlessly integrate into our existing procedures and systems, consequently we'll be getting a real advantage to our competitors. It will automate the vast majority of what we do and free up a significant amount of staff's time and resources, enabling them to offer more dedicated and personal support to our customers."

The investment marks a significant step forward for the company in the current economic climate and demonstrates the commitment and ambitions of those involved. Letwithease will become one of a very select few in the UK within the property industry to have such powerful IT capabilities available.

National Landlords Association Property Women Awards 2009

 

Huge congratulations to Letwithease.com’s Managing Director Caroline Lindegaard who made the finals of the National Landlords Association Property Woman Awards 2009.  These awards celebrate women who are excellent landlords and property managers for their expertise and commitment to the property industry.  Caroline was a finalist in both the South West region category and the overall award category for her achievements in property management since 1992.  Caroline did fantastically to make the final 3 for her category at the awards ceremony held on the 23rd July 2009 in London at the Royal Plaza Hotel.
