Our Management Plus service then includes the following benefits:

  • Preparation of a combined inventory and schedule of condition report of the state of the premises at the start of the tenancy. Signed as evidence by us as your appointed agent and the tenant, backed up with either video evidence or high resolution colour photographs
  • Check in and Check out of tenants at the beginning and end of the tenancy (advised for Inventory/schedule of condition report best practice)
  • No Renewal fees! Help tip Contract renewals all included in management fee (Beware, a common place for the majority of letting agents to charge you extortionately!)
  • Low heavily subsidised re-letting fee Help tip of just £150.00 (Beware, many competitors will charge you extortionately!)

How much does it all cost?

Our fees are all inclusive with no hidden extras. We’re completely transparent about our fees as we genuinely believe they are unbeatable. No other agent offers such services meeting the highest of industry standards at such competitive rates.

 

 


Set up fee of £150.00

The set up fee covers the marketing, viewings and letting of the property. This is heavily subsidised against a full Tenant Finding Service fee. This fee is payable again if the tenants leave and we re-let the property to find new tenants.

 

Monthly fee of 12% of rental income

You will then pay a monthly percentage. This includes full rental protection cover and legal expenses cover. If you're a new buy-to-let investor, we can also offer you an annual fee to cover the management so you can factor it all in within one easy step.
